Leading marketplace for yacht owners to sell fractions of their yachts

Yachtify is playing a leading role in bridging the gap between crypto enthusiasts and yacht lovers. Our platform aims to onboard luxury yacht owners who are interested in listing their yachts on our marketplace.

To achieve this, we commission a digital twin of the yacht and mint a yacht digital twin NFT. This NFT is then fractionalized and made available to the community to buy, trade or sell. Every time the real-world yacht is leased, the net income is received and revenue is paid to NFT holders based on their percentage of ownership.

Capital gain can be achieved when a yacht is sold on the open market, and the net profits are distributed amongst token investors. Our platform dashboard provides regular performance updates.

Investors can choose to hold their holdings for as long as they want to generate income or sell for a capital uplift.
